First Annual PKB Donate-a-Dollar Holiday Childrens Toy Fund!

Hey Folks,
I hope this message finds everyone well! I'm writing on behalf of a great deal of children in Maine who are looking forward to the holidays as much as you and I. Unfortunately, many children in Maine and around the world will wake up without very much under their trees and I'd like to do something, no matter how small, to make an impact on some of these kids and give them a happier holiday season!
I've been fortunate enough to be able to pursue my dream of playing music and this has allowed me to meet a great deal of people over the past 10 years. Many of you guys have come to see us perform a number of times. Some of us may have gone to school together and there are also a number of people who I've never met.
The holidays are a time for people to band together and help those less fortunate so what I'm asking from my Facebook friends (all 3,424) of them is to consider donating $1.00 to my cause. While it may seem like too small of an amount to have a realistic impact raising $3,424 will buy nice gifts for over 350 local children who otherwise may not get anything.
I will personally be doing the shopping in December and will be buying from local Maine businesses. I encourage you to consider donating $1.00 or anything new that you think a child may love!

Boy and Girls Toys/Mittens/Winter Hats/Scarfs/Books/Jackets/Boots

Growing up I got an acoustic guitar as a holiday gift and it changed my life forever. I'd like to return the favor to as many children as I can!
